The removal of the site’s last crane is always a positive sign that construction is nearing the end, and the remaining crane at Ivanhoe will start to be dismantled in late February.

 

Meanwhile, as the final stages of construction confidently continue, we are installing the windows in the tower. The tower’s curtain wall is now in position up to Level 7 and continuing to the top level. Most importantly, for those looking forward to relaxing hours around the pool, it is currently being tiled. Our builders, Hacer, have started their quality assurance inspections prior to Caydon’s own internal assessments. And here’s something to look forward to - Individual purchaser inspections will start in March.
